How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, email our support team at support@zonacondor.cl with the following information:

• Your full name and account email.
• Your Instagram username (if connected).
• A brief description of the deletion request.

What happens next

We will verify your request and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. Once verified, we will process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe and confirm completion by email.
